And on an old first edition player character sheet too.
I hope she was rolled 'purity': 3d6 in order straight down the sheet.

ps does she speak 'wombat slang' or 'high marsupial'?

She was rolled 4d6, best 3 out of 4, re-roll 1's, in order straight down the sheet, stat adjustable at a cost of 2 points for 1. These were our house rules back in the day. I just increased in nerdiness by 25% by typing this. :P Her name is a secret. "High Marsupial" sounds classy. She'll take it.

awesome ! The system we used was 4 D 6 discard the lowest and place in order for profession. then adjusted for race ect ect . it generated a lot of higher than average stats but it worked. wondered if you were gonna let the readers name her :D

*** edit OH duh for some reason I thought you said D4 >_<

Yup, that one extra die does help generate above average stats. Though I have to say, there's something nifty about rolling up a decent character using the classic 3D6 method.

I imagine elf girl has many names she is called by but only her wombat pal, grandma, and a handful of characters know her true name. In many mythologies, knowledge of a creature's true name could give one power over that creature somehow.

On the other hand, I have heard some epic stories of how a PC with very BAD stats can still be played by an inventive player and a forgiving GM. (Combat exp: 0, roleplaying exp: lots)

Silvanus is a natural choice for Rangers, but is Roman. Cernunnos is the Celtic "Lord of Wild Things." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cernunnos
